SALES SUCCESS
A sales second opinion you can trust
You have hired a sales person(s) to boost sales while you spend time on what you do best.
But it hasn’t gone to plan and you aren’t sure why.
Is it the training, their performance or market conditions?
You don’t know how to answer this question.
Do you train them, motivate them, or let them go?
Would an experienced 2nd opinion help?
Listen to Lydia's experience:
I was working 14-hour days and wasn't keeping up with sales.
I hired a salesperson who said all the right things in the interview.
They promised results and processes, and I took their word as it was my first time.
Paul and I started working together, and he reviewed the salesperson.
What he uncovered and his action plan far exceeded my expectations.
Paul is helping to close the gaps, and I can focus ON the business.
I don’t know what I would do without him.

How it works

1. Preparation
The sales person will naturally have their guard up when they find out about the review and see Paul’s wealth of experience.
Paul will provide a playbook on how to initiate the conversation with the sales person, including suggested scripts on what to say to prepare them for the call.
There will also be some pre-reading and a small checklist of items to provide Paul before the call.

2. Interview
The interview goes for 60min following questions we have agreed on.
The true value is in Paul asking questions leading from their answers.

3. Report
You will be give a report outlining the pros and cons of the sale person.
A set of recommendations and a development plan.
Paul will walk you through the report over video.
I had hired my first sales person who promised leveraging their Salesforce network.
Paul interviewed them and found significant gaps in their story and experience.
I suppose that is what 28 years of sales experience does.
It would of taking me 3-6 months to get to where Paul did in one call.
This saved me a lot of money and time.
