Your first reaction is probably – that sounds risky. 

‘I have built up my reputation and I don’t want someone else to unwind all my good work. ‘

This is a good point and one we hear a lot about. 

I was the same when I first started in 2018. 

Over the last four years, I have personally trained someone to be me on Linkedin. (More below). 

Did it happen overnight – nope? 

Did we work hard at it together – you bet? 

Have we got it down pat now – Absolutely? 

It has led to over 1000 sales calls and hundreds of clients for me alone. 

The next question is, will it work for me?

WHO IS JC

I met JC through one of my team’s networks in the Philippines. 

His mother passed at an early age and his father wasn’t unable to take care of their 6 children. 

JC went to university and graduated as an Accountant.

His earnings went to support his Siblings. 

He had limited sales experience, however lots of enthusiasm and passion. 

Using my 24 years of sales experience, we did one on one training to get him up to speed. 

His skills have matured to a point where he proactively brings global best practices from Linkedin peer communities he belongs to.

WHAT DOES HE DO?

1. AGREED CONNECTIONS

You and I have been working on your Ideal Client Profile. 

You have completed a questionnaire for identifying them in Sales Navigator. 

JC will use this to get a sample of connections he is going to send requests to. 

He will send you daily batches to approve. Once approved, he will do the rest. 

Once you and he get to 75%+ matched, he will send without you qualifying to save you time.

2. PRE-ENGAGEMENT

Now you have your list, it is time to engage prior to sending a connection request.

JC and I have been working together for 4  years to come up with pre-engagement steps he can do as you to increase the likelihood of connections and replies. 

The actions done on the prospect’s profile include: 

  • Following
  • Liking posts
  • Commenting on posts (you will agree on how he will comment)
  • Endorsing skills (post connection)

3. SEND CONNECTION REQUESTS

Now time for JC to send the connections on your behalf in your account. 

You and I have worked on the scripts to use to make sure it sounds like you. 

JC will then implement them.

He will make sure they are not robotic and adapt them to the situation. 

If he really gets stuck, he will contact you. 

Depending on the sales CRM you use, he will use Leadjet.io to automatically populate information from Linkedin into it. 

He will use an automation tool called Expandi if you agree to reduce his time and maximize the connections sent. 

He will also show you Hyperise for automated GIFS. 

JC will take you through the full list of tools and recommend the best ones for you.  

It has taken us four years to come up with the list and JC can show you in 30min. 😉

4. REPLIES

This is where the four years of training and experience come in handy. 

JC will use the scripts we have developed. 

You and he will then review what he is sending to make sure you are 100% comfortable.

He will also enrich your CRM data.

5. FOLLOWUP

He will do the ones he can on your behalf. The goal is to only have you in calls. 

From time to time your knowledge is needed. 

On these rare occasions, JC will task you in your sales CRM for the people you need to follow up with. 

All the messages will be there to make it easy for you.
