Nailing your ideal client to scale faster

There are two types of computer users – Apple and PC.

When it comes to ideal clients,  there are two types as well 

  1. Niche 
  2. Broad 

I prefer option one. 

Why? 

Because I have tried both and the first has worked better for me. 

Take for example my latest narrowing. 

I was helping coaches and consultants in 2021. Broad. 

Now I help Cloud Consultants (SaaS resellers). 

Since the change, I have created a dedicated community of 100+ Cloud Consultants in 6 weeks. 

The people who get me – really get me. 

Kevin Kelly was famous for saying 

“To raise your sales out of the flatline of the long tail you need to connect with your True Fans directly. Another way to state this is, you need to convert a thousand Lesser Fans into a thousand True Fans.”
