Import Leads into Salesforce, HubSpot, Copper CRM, and More with a Single Click

With a host of features that streamline the lead generation process and make it easier for sales reps to reach out to potential customers, Leadjet offers an easy way to import from LinkedIn into your CRM, automate lead scoring, automate follow-up sequences, and more. It’s fantastic time management for salespeople.

In this article, I discuss how you can boost your efficiency in sales using this simple plug-and-play app. I’ll be focusing on my favorite CRM, Copper, but Leadjet works with many other CRMs too, allowing you to import leads from LinkedIn to Salesforce, HubSpot, and more.

Are you manually importing your LinkedIn leads into your CRM?

With over 500 million users around the world, LinkedIn is an excellent place to find professionals who could be interested in your products or services.

Importing LinkedIn leads into your CRM allows you to create personalized messages to those contacts and target them more effectively.

There’s only one problem. It can be time-consuming and frustrating to manually import from LinkedIn into your CRM every day. It’s estimated that importing your leads into a CRM like Copper CRM can take four hours and longer every week.

That’s four hours that you or your sales team could be spending contacting and speaking to leads, meeting prospects, and converting into sales. 200+ hours every year. More than a month of a salesperson’s hours. Soon adds up, doesn’t it?

That’s time is time that you pay for, and the time that any revenue generation efforts are put on hold. Ouch!

Me and my team used to do all this work manually, too. And I thought, ‘There must be a better way’.

Fortunately for my business, I found that way. It’s called Leadjet – the ultimate time management for salespeople.

The Leadjet Story

Leadjet is a system that brings CRM features into LinkedIn. When you need to clean your CRM and fill it with leads, Leadjet does all the work for you. It acts like a pivot between Copper CRM and LinkedIn, creating a two-way link between your CRM and LinkedIn and importing leads to your CRM.

No need to copy and paste. No need to do tab switching. Your data is synced. The result? More selling time for you and your sales team.

Leadjet was founded by David Chevalier together with his business partners Roman and Omar, who wanted to solve a similar problem to the one you’re having right now.

They were capturing lead data and transferring everything manually to their CRM (which was HubSpot). They got fed up with the aggravation all this manual work gave them, so they developed a system that automated everything they were doing.

To cut a long story short, they went through a four-month development process to create an app that integrated with the standard LinkedIn and LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator.

The result? One-click transfer of a lead’s enriched contact information to your CRM, instead of a 10- or 12-step process.

How does Leadjet work?

One of the best features of Leadjet is its simplicity. You download the app (for example, as an extension on Chrome), and immediately you can download lead details from LinkedIn in one click.

Conversations are automatically synced between your CRM and LinkedIn, meaning that all your team is on the same page, virtually in real-time. You can speed up work by using message templates in your user interface window. The seamless integration means that data is always accurate.

One of the things I most love about Leadjet is the messaging. My team does a lot of outbound messaging, and this allows us to use our very specific messaging to get amazing results – without the need to have two screens open and mess about with data. It’s a beautiful thing!

It’s made everything so much faster, more accurate, and given my sales team time, they never knew they had – as well as remove that laborious, mind-numbing task from their daily activity list.

Now they can use LinkedIn and have all the data from the Copper CRM displayed on the LinkedIn profiles.

You can’t automate everything on LinkedIn

I know the world is moving toward an AI-led sales environment, with automated messages and bots controlling almost every client contact, but LinkedIn is not playing this game.

If you are suspected of robotic behavior on LinkedIn, you’re going to get penalized. So, the admin tasks are automated via Leadjet, but you must still have that personal interaction when contacting and conversing with LinkedIn leads.

Why am I telling you this? Because there are other systems that attempt to automate the whole process on LinkedIn. They’re impressive, but they will cost you in the end. Besides this, relationship selling is what delivers the best results. Your leads don’t want a relationship with a robot.

As you can probably tell, I’m a massive fan of Leadjet. So are my clients who use it, no matter what CRM it is that they are using (Leadjet integrates with most CRMs).
